Originally from Poland, Maine, TJ Moon now calls Taylorsville, North Carolina home. As a third-generation race car driver, TJ was introduced to motorsports through a family deeply rooted in racing. Inspired by the generations before him, he began competing at just five years old and quickly developed the determination, discipline, and natural ability that continue to define his career.

TJ established a strong foundation in go-kart racing (asphalt and dirt), earning more than 40 feature victories and multiple championships across several divisions. Those early accomplishments prepared him for the next stages of his career, including Bandolero and Legend Car competition.

TJ continued to develop his skills while competing against talented drivers at tracks throughout the country. His achievements include the 2024 Outlaw Bandolero National Champion, 2024 INEX Winter National Outlaw Bandolero Champion, the 2024 INEX Summer Shootout Outlaw Bandolero Champion, a second-place finish in the 2025 INEX Nashville Spring Series Championship in a Young Lions Legend, and multiple Young Lion victories and top-10 finishes.

TJ has since expanded his racing career into Pro Late Models, Spec Late Models, and ARCA West competition. In 2026, he earned his first career Pro Late Model victory on opening day at Hickory Motor Speedway, recorded top-10 finishes in both Pro and Spec Late Models, and finished sixth in his ARCA West debut.

Proud of his Maine roots and the racing legacy that helped shape him, TJ represents the next generation of the Moon family in motorsports. With each race, he remains focused on gaining experience, competing at a high level, representing his partners professionally, and continuing his progression through the ranks of stock car racing.
